Q. What delivery options are available and what are the charges?
A. Your order will be delivered by the Royal Mail First Class Signed for service. We have a standard UK delivery charge of £4.95, with free delivery on orders over £80.

Q. How do I return an unwanted product or item?
A. We are happy to refund the full value of any goods supplied within 28 days of dispatch provided we receive them in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Customers should enclose the completed returns form on the back of the dispatch note in the package. We are unable to pay for return postage and would recommend that you use a signed for postal service.

Q. Do you deliver outside of the UK?
A. Prices for delivery outside the UK are available on request.
