1. Online orders
All Baby B Safe products are offered for purchase online. We only accept orders from within the EU. Your order is an offer by you to purchase goods from us subject to the following conditions. We will email you confirming the receipt of your order, we will follow this by a further email confirming acceptance or dispatch of your order, this constitutes our acceptance of the order you have made.
We endeavour to keep information on our site up-to-date, but should an item be out of stock we will contact you to let you know when we expect to fulfil your order. At this time you will be given the opportunity to cancel all or part of your order if you wish.
2. Prices
The prices quoted on our web site are in £ sterling (inclusive of VAT where applicable) and do not include delivery charges. We reserve the right to vary the Price at any time to reflect increased costs. In the unlikely event of there being such an increase in the Price, we shall notify you prior to dispatch and you may cancel all or part of your order. From time to time we will offer products at ‘Sale’ prices. These prices will only apply whilst stock is available.
3. Payment
Online payments are made through Paypal’s secure online payment system which accepts most major credit and debit cards. You do not need to have a Paypal account to make your payment. The Price will be payable by you at the time your order for goods is placed.
We also accept payment by cheque (in £ sterling), however goods will not be dispatched until the cheque has cleared. Please make cheques payable to Baby B Safe Ltd, with your order number and address on the back and send to:

3. Delivery
Your order will be delivered by the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service. Orders will normally be dispatched within 3 working days of receipt and should be delivered within 1-3 days of dispatch. We have a standard UK delivery charge of £4.95, with free delivery on orders over £80. Prices for delivery outside the UK, available on request.
4. Returns
We hope that you will be entirely satisfied with your purchase, however, we are happy to refund the full value of any goods supplied within 28 days of dispatch provided we receive them in re-saleable condition and in the original packaging. Customers should enclose the completed returns form on the back of the dispatch note in the package. We are unable to pay for return postage and would recommend that you use a signed for postal service. Your credit or debit card will be credited with the cost of the goods within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
5. Cancelling your order
Orders may be cancelled within seven days following the day you make the order. To cancel your order please email us at: babybsafe@btconnect.com
If goods have been dispatched by the time we receive cancellation you must return the goods to us in re-saleable condition. Your credit or debit card will be credited with the cost of the goods within 30 days of your cancellation notification. We are unable to pay for return postage and would recommend that you use a signed for postal service. If the goods are not returned to us within this timescale you will be deemed to have accepted the goods, at which point this constitutes a new contract and you will be charged the price listed on our website for the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Product Representation
We try to provide the best possible images of our products, however all colour monitors vary and we cannot guarantee an exact colour representation.
